Project partners approve a Dissemination, Branding and Visual Identification Plan for the “Let’s STOP Hate Speech” (LSSH) project

The partners of the international project “Let’s STOP Hate Speech” (LSSH), funded by the Erasmus+ programme, approved their common Dissemination, Branding and Visual Identification Plan, which will guide communication and promotion activities throughout the implementation period.

Main objective of the plan

The plan aims to provide a single and recognizable visual image of the project, to support the wide dissemination of the results and to ensure that all materials, events and digital resources follow the standards in Europe and the Erasmus+ programme.

It brings together the strategies of the partners from Bulgaria, Poland, North Macedonia and Turkey to effectively present the project to different audiences – young people, teachers, parents, NGOs, schools and public institutions.

Main elements of the reception plan
1. Visual identity and branding or

Project LOGO

An official project logo package has been created, including a version for digital and print use;

A color palette, fonts and visual style have been defined to be used in all communication materials;

A template for PowerPoint presentations, posters, flyers and social networks has been developed;

All visual materials will contain the mandatory visibility of the EU and Erasmus+ according to the communication rules.

2. Online and digital interest

An official website and social media pages (Facebook) have been launched, which will promote the project activities and results;

Interactive campaigns with the participation of young people, trainers and opinion leaders under the hashtag #LetsStopHateSpeech are planned;

Publications will be prepared to raise awareness of the dangers of hate speech and especially positive online communication.

3. Dissemination and publicity

Each partner will organise national events and publish news on their websites and social media;

Envisaged with international multiplication events and youth forums to present the results;

Developed with communication indicators (number of publications, media coverage, visits to the website, number of users, etc.) to track the impact.

Communication objective

The communication plan supports the project’s mission to build a culture of tolerance, respect and critical thinking among young people in Europe by turning digital spaces into safe and welcoming places to communicate.
