LSSH WP1 – II Monitoring and risk assessment May 2024-December 2024

LSSH WP1 – Monitoring and risk assessment May 2024-Desember 2024
Monitoring is carried out in two stages, namely:
– Control by the lead organization
– Periodic checks by all participating partners, aiming to ensure their active participation.

In addition to a project manager and financier from each partner, there is also a designated quality control expert.
An expert has been appointed for Quality Control, who monitors the implementation of project activities and results, as well as the achievement of project goals. If necessary, updates the quality control plan and monitors implementation of project activities and achievement of results.
It will evaluate feedback from all partners every 12 months.
To support the process, there is a schedule for monitoring activities (frequency – every 3 months for ongoing monitoring and every 12 months for general monitoring). It takes place during the partner meetings online, as well as against the documents uploaded by all partners in a specially created project drive
The monitoring process includes compliance with the schedule/timetable, checking the quality of the implementation and performance of the indicators and collecting all necessary reporting documents

The monitoring activities carried out to assess the degree of achievement of the project’s objectives and results to date are:
Make a form available to all partners in a common Google Drive file shared with all partners.
– monitoring every 3 months – 1 report for the entire reporting period
– preparation of an interim report for the period from the first 6-7 months – 1 pc until now
